These Terms govern access to and use of ONL USA. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or evade an account restriction.
2. User content and listings
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ONL USA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish your content. Listings must describe the offered item, housing, job, service, or business accurately and must not conceal material terms.
3. Marketplace and communications
ONL USA provides tools that help users find and contact one another. Unless expressly stated, ONL USA is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee payment, delivery, employment, housing, licensing, identity, or performance.
Use reasonable care, verify counterparties, avoid unsafe payment methods, and report suspected fraud or abuse.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or rights-infringing conduct is prohibited.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass access controls for the service.
- Do not send spam, malware, credential-harvesting links, or unsolicited bulk messages.
5. Moderation and suspension
We may review, limit, remove, preserve, or disclose content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce policy, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. We are not required to monitor all content before publication.
6. External services and informational content
Maps, news sources, payment providers, authentication providers, and linked sites operate under their own terms. News briefs, archive guides, automated suggestions, and community answers are informational and are not legal, medical, immigration, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, safety, legality, or availability of user content or third-party services.
8. Limitation and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONL USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or user-to-user transactions.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
