These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern use of onl (the “Service”) and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service operator (the “Company”) and each user. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Privacy and Google user data
This page describes the Terms. Our complete privacy disclosures are available in thePrivacy Policy. The key policies governing Google Sign-In data collection, use, storage, sharing, and deletion are also disclosed below for Google app verification and user clarity.
1. Google user data we collect
Data Collection
- For Google Sign-In, the Service generally requests only the openid, email, and profile scopes.
- We may receive your email address, name or display name, profile photo, and Google user identifier used to link your account.
- We do not access additional Google user data from Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or similar services.
2. How we use that data

- Identifying members, authenticating sign-in, creating accounts, and maintaining accounts
- Displaying profiles, initializing a nickname or avatar, and linking an account within the Service
- Preventing abuse, maintaining account security, providing support, and responding to account inquiries
- We do not use Google Sign-In data to sell advertising or target third-party advertising.
3. Storage, retention, and protection
Data Storage & Retention
- Information needed to operate accounts may be stored or processed by Service infrastructure providers such as Supabase and Vercel.
- Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS, and access is limited under the principle of least privilege.
- Account information may be retained while an account remains active. After an account deletion request, it is deleted or de-identified except where retention is legally required.
- Limited access, error, and security logs may be generated to protect and stabilize operations.
4. Sharing, deletion requests, and revocation

- The Company does not sell Google user data.
- Authentication, hosting, and database providers may process limited data as necessary to operate the Service.
- Information may be shared with authorities or processors only when needed to comply with law, protect rights, or respond to security matters.
- Send access, correction, or deletion requests to support@onlusa.com. You may also revoke the Service’s access at any time in your Google Account settings.
At a glance
ONL USA uses only basic profile information for Google Sign-In and processes it only for account creation, sign-in, security, and support. We do not sell Google user data or access additional Google service data.

- Service name: onl (onlusa.com)
- Features include community boards, marketplace transactions, jobs, messages and chat, favorites, and related functions.
- Some features may include AI-assisted recommendations, summaries, or search. AI output is informational and is not professional advice.
2. Accounts and security
- You must keep your account information current.
- Sharing, transferring, or lending an account may be prohibited.
- Notify the Company promptly if you discover suspected unauthorized use.
3. User content
You are responsible for all text, images, links, posts, comments, and messages you upload or transmit. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute it only as reasonably necessary to operate and present the Service.
4. Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in content removal, reduced visibility, or account action:
- Illegal activity, fraud, spam, phishing, or distributing malicious links
- Content promoting hate, violence, harassment, sexual exploitation, or discrimination
- Unauthorized disclosure of another person’s personal information, including contact details or an address
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights
- Interference with normal Service operation, including bots, scraping, or exploiting vulnerabilities
5. Transactions, jobs, housing, and similar categories
- The Company is not a party to transactions or contracts between users and is not responsible for their outcome.
- You must independently verify the accuracy of a post, the other party’s identity, and applicable terms.
- If a transaction appears suspicious, including a request for advance payment, stop the transaction and report it.
6. Sponsored services
The Company may offer sponsored placements to advertisers. They currently operate as a free beta and run only after approval. If paid service is introduced, pricing, billing, and refund details will be disclosed separately inPricing and theRefund Policy.
- Advertisers must have the rights to their creative, copy, and links and must ensure that they are lawful.
- The Company may reject or stop an ad for policy violations, low quality, repeated complaints, or similar reasons.
- An active placement may be stopped for operational, quality, policy, or complaint-related reasons. Any future paid-service refund or credit standards will be disclosed separately.
7. Changes and interruptions
The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Material changes may be communicated through an in-service notice or another reasonable method.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Company is not responsible for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters or network outages.
- The Company’s responsibility for user content and disputes between users is limited.
- AI output is informational and is not legal, immigration, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
